A little more about Kellie…

I'm an Illinois native, but have lived in Western Washington for over 20 years. From architecture to project management, I have a diverse skill set that provides expertise in representing owners’ needs by keeping the project on track, ensuring quality throughout construction, and preventing budget overruns or change orders. I offer a vast knowledge of the operational, logistical, and business challenges a construction project will bring, and how to work through them. I very much enjoy the early planning stages of a project and all the problem-solving that is involved. My firm is thoughtful in design while keeping value as a key focus. I believe a successful project is one that is highly functional, aesthetically pleasing, and completed within a comfortable budget.
